Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $6.95.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Alaska & Hawaii: Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer than the standard delivery window.

To Be Eligible for a Return

• The product must be unopened and unused.
• The original packaging must be intact and complete.
• Your order confirmation or packing slip must be included with the return.
• The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products, or items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Free items provided as part of a promotion, gift, or campaign.
• Personal care and hygiene products that cannot be returned under applicable regulations.

Return Process: Email your return request to info@justgreenorganic.com with your order number. Once we approve your request, we'll share return shipping instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. After your item reaches us and is inspected, your refund will be completed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with a photo — we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
