In line with its vision, Nazar Kimya develops, manufactures, and provides after-sales service for reliable products that use current technologies, meet customer expectations, and are easy to purchase and use.

Our primary objective is to ensure that the quality of our products and services fully meets our customers' needs and expectations and can be used with complete confidence. In line with this policy, our senior management commits to fully complying with Quality and Environmental Management requirements and to ensuring product safety.

Fully complying with quality, hygiene, environmental, and safety rules at every stage of production is an essential principle for us. Through the value we place on people and the environment, we have always raised our quality standards. With products that do not harm nature, we have always cared about human health.

As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we monitor and evaluate technologies for reducing waste at the source, conserving raw materials, natural resources, and energy, and recovering waste, in order to apply them in our operations.

Nazar Kimya is certified under the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, GMP, and BRC CP quality standards, and is audited annually by external organizations for compliance with these standards.

We commit to complying with all applicable legal regulations and requirements set by the relevant authorities for every product we manufacture and export.

As a core principle, sustainability recognizes that the resources found in nature and the environment are exhaustible, and focuses on using these resources through rational approaches. The integrity and resilience of ecosystems are preserved.

We manage the environmental impacts that may arise from all of our activities with a sense of responsibility. We take care to fulfill our environmental responsibilities to society in harmonious cooperation with our employees, the public, nongovernmental organizations, and our other stakeholders.

Our environmental policy is documented, implemented, maintained, and communicated to all employees by being posted on notice boards. Our management continuously monitors the implementation of the environmental policy and objectives it has committed to.

Having continuously improved and renewed itself in every area since its founding, Nazar Kimya will continue to develop and remain open to interested parties in order to keep pace with change and grow while delivering its soap and detergent manufacturing services to customers.

We identify the OHS aspects and the risks involved in all operations and support processes — from the receipt of a customer order through to the completion of shipment — and we strive to take the necessary measures before any problems arise, in order to prevent risks and reduce them to an acceptable level.

The health and safety of employees is the responsibility of all Nazar Kimya employees. Our senior management commits to allocating the necessary resources and clearly defining responsibilities and authorities, in order to meet the requirements of applicable laws and regulations so that all activities are carried out in accordance with OHS management programs.

Planned training will be provided to continuously improve and effectively implement the OHS management program, to build individual awareness of responsibility for employee health and occupational safety, and to make OHS activities a natural behavior for all personnel.

We commit to preventing employee injuries and ill health and to continuously improving the OHS management system and OHS performance. We carry out all of our operations in accordance with applicable labor and occupational health and safety laws and regulations.

All accidents can and must be prevented. There is always a safer way to do any job.
